Shipping processing times can take approximately 1-4 business days.

Made to order items may take up to 1 week for assembly and approximately an additional 1-4 days to be shipped.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

NOT ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED.

All packages after being sent are in the hands of Canada Post, so please pick the appropriate shipping option if you wish to track your parcel. Smaller packages, like most jewelry items, under the STANDARD $5.00 shipping option do not come with tracking. Tracking will only apply with the EXPEDITED and EXPRESS post options available at check out. EXPEDITED and EXPRESS post both include insurance up to 100CAD.

All larger parcels are tracked and insured as they can only be sent via EXPEDITED and EXPRESS.

 

US SHIPPING

ALL parcels to the US come with tracking and insurance up to 100CAD.

Please be advised that customs and duty fees may apply when purchasing from outside of Canada.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Packages to all other countries do not come with tracking and are not insured.

If you are local to the KW area and wish to pick up your order, use coupon code: KWPU to wave shipping fees. You will receive an email with pick up instructions and address.
